Why we exist

This is a category where the artwork is the easy part and every complaint is a film choice or a closure that gave up.

Unlined kraft wicks oil and goes blotchy in days. A cheap window film hazes against a fatty product and makes it look old. A press-to-close strip stops sealing after a few openings, on a bag that gets opened several times a day. And a bulk sack built like a scaled-up retail bag tears its handle out the first time somebody carries it full. We specify around all four, because those are the complaints and none of them show in a photograph.

What we actually make

Stand-up retail bags with a grease-resistant inner layer and a zipper rated for repeat use. Laminated kraft with the same uncoated look and a barrier bonded behind it. Window bags with the window film chosen for oily contents and placed above the gusset rather than through it. Single-serve and sample sachets on the same barrier, with a tear notch that tears where we put it. Bulk refill sacks with a heavier gauge, a handle reinforced into the structure and a closure rated for the fill weight. And certified compostable film, supplied with its certification.

Every one of them leaves clear space for your labelling panel, because we would rather design around it than have you discover it after approval.

Where we stop

Pet-food labelling is regulated, and what has to appear on the pack varies by jurisdiction and by product type. We leave the panel space and print exactly what you supply.

We are not your compliance adviser and we will not tell you what your panel should say. We will tell you when a claim is one we cannot support — we do not print biodegradable as a standalone claim, because on its own it has no agreed meaning.

How we price

No dollar figures on this site. Price moves with size, film structure, closure and quantity. Send the details and a real quote comes back the same day, with a lowest-price guarantee if you are already holding a cheaper one.

On specifying a bag

Tell us how fatty the treats are, the fill weight, and how long the bag has to sit on a shelf. Those three answers decide the film, and everything else is a preference.
