What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 bags — a first small batch is a normal order — with bulk tiers as quantities grow.

How fast will my bags arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished bags ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when a launch date is fixed.

Why do treat bags go greasy when other food bags do not?

Because the fat is on the inside pushing out. Liver, salmon, cheese and jerky are oily, and an oxygen barrier does nothing about that. A treat bag needs a grease-resistant inner layer, and most generic food pouches do not have one.

Does a resealable zipper really matter?

More here than almost anywhere. A treat bag is opened several times a day, often one-handed. A cheap press-to-close strip that stops sealing after a few uses cancels out whatever barrier you paid for.

Can we use plain unlined kraft?

Only for a genuinely dry, low-fat biscuit. On an oily treat, unlined kraft wicks and goes blotchy within days. We supply laminated kraft with the same natural look and we will tell you it is no longer recyclable as paper.

Do you check our labelling?

No. Pet-food labelling is regulated and the requirements vary by jurisdiction and product type. We leave clear space for your panel and print exactly what you supply, and we are not your compliance adviser — ask someone who is.

Is compostable worth it for treats?

It can be, if your product turns over quickly. Compostable films have lower barrier performance, which costs you shelf life, and that costs more on a fatty product than a dry one. We supply the certification so your claim is accurate.

Do you redraw artwork?

Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team lays it out for the actual bag. A gusseted bag loses part of the front panel to the fold, and most artwork needs repositioning rather than scaling.
